A temperature of -25C brought clear skies and huge steam plumes from the oil refineries east of the City. The plumes threatened my chance of imaging the Full "Snow" Moon of February as it rose in the east behind the buildings of downtown but they left momentary gaps to permit this image.

This image was featured on Astronomy Picture of the Day and was the debut image on the Capital Weather Gang's Weather Image of the Day.
